    @Lledenhia Romero I second @Fadel Shamm . KY Life PM all the way. I also encourage you to check out the Lexington REIA (Bluegrass Real Estate Investors Group) and your local REIA in Mt. Sterling (Montgomery County Residential Rental Association). They will have recommendations for other PM if KY Life doesn't work for you. They are also great resources for understanding your local real estate markets.
