I have a similar clause in my management agreement:

When searching for a Property Manager, it's important to interview several and compare their management agreement, lease agreement, policies and procedures, etc. If you don't understand something, you should consult an attorney to ensure it's clear before signing.

Long story short, I don't think it's anything to worry about. If you are worried about it, consult an attorney.
