No one is the best but one thing for me, I use CB Properties. They secure 18 month leases 100% of the time and my average tenant stays 4-5yrs. I hve Ben with them for over 5yrs and own 27 single family homes.  My opinion is that if your management  onpny does not secure a minimum of an 18 month lease or longer, then I would not use them.

    Hi! I’m currently looking several PM companies in the Memphis market and see that you recommend Memphis Buy and Hold, can you tell me a little more about your experience with them? Billing policies, tenant turnover etc?

    @Gagan Khela We're glad to see that Crestcore isn't in your potential prospects. In our opinion, they're the worst property Management company in Memphis. We wouldn't recommend CrestCore to anyone.
