Reviews of Renters Warehouse for property management?
We're just starting to search for a property management company in Des Moines, IA, and are looking to hear what experience anyone has had with Renters Warehouse. I was sure a thread would have already been started on this but could not find one!

Love them! Brad and his team are very thorough and really make you feel like you’re properties are handled! Plus the online system they use always alerts you of work orders that have been submitted, so you’re always in the loop. I would recommend contacting them and asking to chat with Brad, he can walk you through their set up, costs, and any other questions you may have. that’s what I did when he was recommended to me via BiggerPockets!
