Hello,

I'm trying to sort my liabilities in order based on my properties..

2 family which I House hack in the Bronx.. - under a 1 million Dollar umbrella policy.. which I believe is good enough..

I have a 1 bedroom condo in Puerto Rico in Airbnb.. - s Corp based out of nyc .. with this property set up as an asset.

A 2 bedroom condo in Puerto Rico in Airbnb... - separate s Corp based out of nyc . With a 50/50 partnership/shares between myself and my boyfriend . with this property set up as an asset.

Any advice or suggestions different from what I'm doing?

Would love to connect with others that have experience investing in condos or homes in Puerto Rico that are also in the home sharing economy..

Thank you!

@Adianice C. I do not have any experience with that but wanted to see if you could share how your STR’s are doing on AirBnb in PR? I’m interested in setting up a corporation in PR due to all the tax breaks the island just annouced. Any advice/guidance on investing on the island would be greatly appreciated.
