Looking for recommendations on property management in Memphis, TN.  Attempting to acquire property in Memphis. Experiencing in property acquisition, neighborhood demographics experience in C+/B- properties and can provide a written management plan. Any suggestions would be helpful.

@Nneka I. you should definitely talk with @Douglas Skipworth at Crestcore.  If he cannot help you he will point you in the right direction.  Their operation is years ahead of most property management firms.
