Southwest Michigan investors - let's connect
Just wanted to connect with investors that are currently investing in southwest Michigan! I live in CA but I invest primarily in buy and hold rentals in MI at the moment - I work with a trusted team there. Since there are not a lot of posts about Michigan investments on BP yet, let's share some experiences, contacts, deals etc!

There definitely are not many post from Michigan. SW Michigan is a great area to invest. We currently have 26 units in SW Michigan. Mostly duplexes and 4-units with a few single family properties. Currently under contract with a 30 unit mobile home park. Lets connect - let me know if you questions or need connections in the area. Our team is pretty active and networked in SW Michigan.
