I'm looking for some backhanded (seemingly good but actually insulting) reviews for a funny video idea. They will be read by a not-so-bright Property Manager that doesn't realize he's being insulted. Some examples:

Or maybe reviews that are just plain mediocre:

Let's see what you've got!

@Nathan Gesner

I will always be grateful to PBS Realty for teaching me the basics of property management and giving me the confidence to strike out on my own.

    Not sure i really understand your question but my backhanded response for a previous property manager was they are so busy they are never in the office....

    A "backhanded" compliment is an insult disguised as a compliment:

    "That picture makes you look good."

    "You lost a lot of weight!"

    or

    "It's so refreshing to meet someone that doesn't care how they look!"

    Get it?

    Most PM companies don't care, but PBS Realty is genuinely apathetic!

    No problem renting from PBS Realty as long as you change your locks after moving in.

    PBS Realty is a hands off property manager and they will stay out of your business. Like when my furnace when out and they never returned my call and then I didn't pay rent and they never called.

    PBS Realty must think very highly of their business given the fees they charge.

    I've hired a lot of Property Managers. PBS Realty was one of them.

    PBS Realty's passionate commitment to empowering their clients is unmatched throughout the property management industry.

    PBS Realty comes highly recommended by their competitors.

    Not sure I feel right about doing this, Nathan. You are far and away the most consistently helpful professional property manager on this website and if I was thinking of investing in multifamily anywhere in your area I would most definitely call you.

    - since they rekeyed everything to match, delays due to PBS losing keys are less of an issue - they can just borrow keys from another tenant

    - the leasing manager was very helpful getting our filming equipment and giant barrel of lube into this AirBNB

    - their maintenance department finally got their drivers license back. No more tool bicycle !

    - their tenant screening dog is very friendly, and makes approval decisions very quickly.

    - yes, it may be a cosmetology license, but at least we are now licensed!

    I was so happy to find PBS Realty! They rented to me even though I have a criminal record and two pit bull. All the other management companies didn't even return my call. PBS Realty just handed me the keys on the spot! I would use them again! By the way, Jack their maintenance guy can hook up you with some green bud if you need it.

     Thanks, Jim!

    I'm actually collecting these to create funny video featuring a bad property manager. These things are gold!

    @Joe Splitrock and @Account Closed you guys are awesome! Keep 'em coming!

    Since handing my property over to PBS Realty, I no longer have to deal with late-night maintenance calls. Now PBS Realty ignores them for me!

    @Nathan G.

    I bought a property as a place to park some money. I hired PBS Realty and now I don’t have to worry about keeping my money.

    In which case, Nathan:

    In retrospect, PBS Reality offered me more value than any other property management team. Because who can put a price on learning to always look forward?

    PBS Reality didn't check on my property often, but when they did they found extreme mold and told me it'd be a $20,000 fix! Thanks PBS for your thorough inspections.

    @Nathan G.

    PBS Realty made me an excellent new active Landlord. I quickly learned that I could do the job much better with less cost and headache.

    Thank you PBS Realty!

    PBS Realty offered us a helping hand in our time of need. Sometimes it was a fist in the face, sometimes a fist somewhere else...it all helped us understand the rental business so much better and opened us up to our full potential.

    PBS Realty does business with a handshake and a short contract with only two words in small print. And they're so cultured and polite! My property manager explained that "Caveat emptor" is just Latin for "Pleasure doing business with you."

    Real review for a firm in Illinois, slightly altered to prevent googling and throwing shade on them:

    Great folks at _____ Management. One of our units had 3 evictions in one year (tenants only paid the 1st month's rent), and they waived the placement fee on all but the first one just as promised...

    I had just about lost hope in property managers, then I hired PBS Realty and totally lost hope.

    PBS Reality is pretty good, for a property manager.

    I like how PBS Reality doesn't care what people think about them.
