Can anyone recommend a good property manager in Indianapolis

I'm extremely frustrated with my current property manager in Indianapolis. Does any one have a recommendation for a property manager there that does primarily single family homes? This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath 1200 SF single family home that rents for $675. The property is about 6 miles east of downtown.

    Keith -

    Dorfman Property Management is the only company I know in Indy. I do not personally own with them, but I know they manage around 1150 properties for about 300 investors. I've networked with them in a mastermind and they seem to operate a good and reputable company.

    Check IREM.org look for ARM certified. They have passed a battery of tests to become certified.

    Keith for sure you need to check in with Investindy.com. Ask for Jeff Ader. He has been in the business for a long time and has a strong reputation in property management. I should know. I went through 5 property management companies in the first 6 months of investing in Indianapolis. I took management in house by Jeff will take care of you.
