What does it take to buy 17 deals a week? What if we told you it was the exact same process needed to buy just one deal per year? That’s the topic on today’s show, where we sit down with Chris Clothier to talk about how his company is buying up to 17 deals a week following the same process any investor can to get their own deals. Chris also shares keen insight into building up a thriving business, hiring your first or next employee, why he decided to run a 100-mile ultra-marathon, and much more. Whether you are looking to buy one deal a year or one deal a day, this show will have a tremendous impact on your life!

I’m such a fan of Chris Clothier and am happy to say that I am one of his 1800 customers. When I set out to find a turn key property I choose the provider first and location second. The customer service I have received has been top notch and I have peace of mind knowing that the property management is doing a great job with my properties. I also met Chris at a networking event and found him to so genuine and kind. I loved this podcast and definitely learned some good tips how I can grow my business in the future. Thanks!

Chris – such solid advice, as always. As I strive to systemize my business more each day, I look to examples like you and Memphis Invest to see what is possible. I cannot wait to hear how the race goes/went!!

Although I do not have any interest in building an empire, Chris provides great insight for all of us. I loved learning about his ultramarathon and that he hired a coach. My greatest take away: keep the important stuff in front of you at all times. I’m getting a white board!

@Chris Clothier great take aways from your Podcast on the ultra marathon, and how you can take the same level of commitment, perseverance into your real estate business & never quit. We had met years back at an OCREA in Orange County, CA, where you were a guest speaker. Very inspirational journey with your business success, congratulations. Also, love that if you had 1yr off, you wish to live on a boat in the Adriatic Croatian coast. I’m Croatian, and have a home also in Dubrovnik, it’s a beautiful 12th century country and I know you will love visiting if and when you do. Best, Vince

My favorite answer to “what do you think sets apart successful investors from those who fail or never get started!” Hands down! Right on! Reminds me of one of my favorite quotes, “winners never quit and quitters never win!” I could listen to Chris all day, He dropped value bombs left and right. Thank you!
