    Never Split the Difference by Chriss Voss

    - An amazing book on negotiations that can be applied in many environments like real estate

    - A book that gives you another tool in real estate investing. Very well explained

    @Dennis M. I just finished Think and Grow Rich for the 2nd time. It may be my favorite book next to Rich Dad Poor Dad, which is what got me started on my journey in RE (like many of us). Next on my list is the Richest Man in Babylon. I’ve heard great things.

    You have a great list.

    Aside from them and those like them, however, I have a hard time imagining a book that's still current information that could be in a bookstore by now - I'm thinking it would have to have been written within the last 12 months to be both current and relevant. Most publishing / distribution cycles are rather longer than that if it's not an e-book ...

    My $0.02 ...

    - Best Real Estate Investing  Advice Ever by Joe Fairless.  This book is good because it summarizes all the best podcasts that he put together.  They get straight to the point. Super Helpful!

    - The 4 Disciplines of Execution by Jim Huling.  This is a great business book and will help you outline your goals and a solid path to obtaining them. 

    - Long Distance Real Estate Investing by David Greene.  I really like this book because the author does a good job at highlighting the various technologies that make it possible to do long distance RE.
