Buying an A class 5 bed property- AIRBNB or renting

Hi Guys. 

Had a quick question- i'm buying an A class 5 bedroom home that was built in 2013 and i'm looking to either rent each room to a different tenant on a lease or all of the rooms for AIRBNB. Of course the AIRBNB option would require me to also furnish the entire house nicely. 

What are your thoughts in terms of the best strategy to produce cashflow?
