Property Insurance for Section 8 Properties

We just found out that the nationwide insurance carrier we have used for years no longer will insure properties that are rented via section 8. Does anyone have any referrals to any insurance companies that will insure properties with section 8 renters? Thank you!

@Nate Heaps

That is very interesting the insurance companies I have worked with have never asked me if I have sec 8 tenants. I would do some research and see if that is legal.
