Software for managing rental property in California

Hi,

We plan to rent our house and manage it ourselves. I don't see any good software options. Can someone recommend?

Zillow is just for listings, AppFolio doesn't offer anything below 50 properties, ziprent is $95/month .

Any pointers would be appreciated.

@Abhishek Singhal search Google or BiggerPockets, there are a lot of them. What would you consider a good option?

This is discussed almost daily on Biggerpockets. Use the search bar above for "property management software" or "Cozy" or "Tenantcloud" and you'll find a lot of discussion.
