What is your favorite online platform for advertising rental listings, accepting apps?? (are there platforms that integrate management too? lease execution/rent collection and expense tracking??) ...thanks in advance!

    Zillow Rentals by far has been good to me. I use Buildium to manage my properties.

    I use software that syndicates my rentals to almost 50 different sites (not Zillow). The majority of my leads come from Zumper. You have to test it because every market is different.

    We prefer Rentler.com for tenant application and payment management and Stessa for financial management.  Both free to us and work well for our 7 property portfolio.
