Tenant not paying rent - how to get rent from govt?
I live in California.
Tenant has stopped paying and the memorantum is on for long time.
I know many landlord are actually not been hurt much in this pandemic because govt is supporting and pay.
How do I get into that program and get paid from none paying tenant?

my tenant started the application. I also had to sign up and upload a statement with outstanding balance. I submitted a statement with money owed through the end of lease and it was approved. Still waiting for payment though.
