Any recommendations on bank to use for cash out refi? interested in taking out as much cash as possible from a few of my properties. fast and reliable, located in MD!!

If you go through an institutional lender you will receive higher LTV than going through a bank. DSCR loans are available, closing costs and rates may be higher but I have seen 80% LTV cash-outs on the private side with no DTI, tax return, or employment requirements with much fast close times / less seasoning.

Hey @Isaac Lopez I am not too familiar with your market but if you have not checked out a local small bank or even a credit union, they tend to have some of the best investor friendly options for cash outs, at least in my market.

You may be better off going to a smaller bank / community bank.The loan products may be the same but the fees and personal touch may be a little bit better at smaller banks.
