Hello Fellow Investors!

On Wednesday January 19th, 2022 at 6:00pm-8:00pm we will be starting back up the Midcoast Maine Real Estate Investors Meetup. This meetup is designed for anyone who is an investor, wants to learn more about investing, or is looking to help and support investors in the local market. Our area of focus is in the Southern Midcoast region which is centered around the Topsham/Brunswick Maine and surrounding areas.

We are planning on meeting at Aki: 94 Main St, Brunswick ME 04011 which is a Japanese Cuisine restaurant. https://www.akijapanesecuisine...

We will have a special guest speaker this month, Ori Baylin of Bangor Savings who will be talking about some new programs that Bangor Savings has specifically for investors this year.

Let's start the year off right, setting goals, networking, and learning from each other, I look forward to seeing you there!

Hey Garret. ill try and make it to this. as an fyi this will be the second one that is going on in the brunswick area. @Dan Weber and i normally do one near the end of the month at flight deck. think this months was planned for the 27th at 5:30. not sure if dan made the meeting yet. we could try and do two going forward but might be good to try and combine them to not wear people out to much. i my self would be down to do them more often haha

    Oh yeah, I assumed this was in collaboration with you Rob lol! Yeah, I think combining might lead to a better outcome and less confusion.

    Makes sense to me to combine them.  I wasn't aware of the new group, this is the old group that Brian Mitchell had set up a few years back but we had stopped meeting due to Covid and I spoke to Brian about starting it back up and he asked me to take it on.  If Dan hasn't already scheduled his for the Brunswick area for the month then I think we have a easy solution and just do this one assuming everyone is okay with it.

    Morning Everyone! I just wanted to say we are still on for tonight at Aki in Brunswick, however, the speaker Ori Baylin from Bangor Savings was put in close contact with someone with Covid yesterday and he now has to quarantine. Although he will not be there this month, we hope to see him return soon. As for this month we will do the traditional round table discussion and introduce ourselves. I’ve been told one on one that a lot of good contacts in the insurance and contractor world will be attending, so I look forward to seeing everyone there!
