We are scheduling a Meetup for the Phoenix area.  This is primarily a meet and mingle event at a community clubhouse.  Alcohol is allowed so so you are welcome BYOB or BYOF.  

We have a projector and will take a few minutes at the beginning for anyone that has a success (or failure) story they would like to share with the group.  If you are struggling with a project feel free to bring it and share your challenges.  There will be no pitching at this event, if you want to pitch, go to a ball game, if you want to share then come to our Meetup.

     Hi Michelle, I just reposted the link to the Meetup group page for anyone that has not signed up yet.  If you join the group you will get an email whenever we schedule a new meeting.  Of course we will post Meetups on BP too but sometimes it is nice to have an email direct to your inbox.

    @Preston Wengert  Click the link in the message right above yours that says Meetup Site for updates and RSVP if you register on the Meetup site you will get an email when we send out the invite.  We will always announce on BP but that is easier to miss.

    Now that I've got some skin in the game and officially a RE investor, I would love to go to one of these.  My wife is a little into what I'm doing with RE, but I don't know if she's "go to a meeting on our anniversary night" into it :-)
