    Unfortunately I will not be able to make it out this month, I've got a family obligation on that night. 

    If you haven't made it out to our Cleveland BP meet up yet, you should. We've got a great group of experienced and inexperienced investors just talking real estate. I've had great conversations and gained useful insight by showing up and talking shop with all kinds of people. 

    I'll definitely be at the next one, can't wait.
