This will be our third happy hour meetup. People start to arrive at 5, but come whenever you are able as we tend to stick around til at least 8pm.

    Hi @Nick Hughes! Would you kindly add me ([email protected]) and my husband ([email protected]) to your distribution list? We live in California, and are planning to make a trip to the Dallas/ Fort Worth area in the coming months to casually connect with other investors in the area.

    As an aside- what's the best BBQ in town for when we visit? This will actually be our first trip out! :)

     ok...I will weigh in on this one.  1) Pecan Lodge, you have to catch it early because there is almost always a line and they often sell out very early in the day. 2) Smoke, awesome BBQ, a little more upscale of a restaurant than normal BBQ. 3) Lockhart's. Some of the best straight forward no nonsense BBQ out there.

    You wont go wrong with any of those.

    There are a whole host of standard BBq places, such as Sonny Bryans, Dickie's and others that do what they do but the first 3 imo stand out above the rest.  And the first three I mention are usually on the list of best BBQ places in the country.

    Hope it goes well!!!  Hope we see you at the get together, if you would like to meet up to discuss real estate when you are in town, shoot me a note and we can meet up for coffee or dare I say BBQ.
