Hey all!!

ALL WELCOME to this months FREE meet-up here in Fort Myers! Old Soul Brewing will be hosting for us at 7pm Monday 7/9!

Informal event, just networking, hanging out and beer! No real agenda other then talking real estate and connecting with locals. Bring deals, questions, business cards etc! Lets grow together!

****FYI Old Soul Brewing is typically closed on Monday nights, but they are opening just for us!!

Hi Jordan,  Karen and I would love to join you tonight, but we are working hard to finish a 3/2/2 remodel before we go out of town this weekend.  My real estate agent has a buyer and is anxious to get it under contract.  See you next month!  Mike

    I have it in my Calendar for Monday 8/13 at 7pm! Yes brewery is closed but it's open for us!

    Jordan,  If you meet anyone who is working on a multi-unit deal, please send him my way.  We are currently selling our single family properties as they become vacant.  We would like to transition to commercial properties (residences, retail, mini storage, strip malls, etc).  We are currently studying the process and are assembling all the pieces.

    Hello Jordan,  Sorry Karen and I were unable to attend the meetup last Monday.  But we were not sitting idle.  We just got a fabulous property in E Fort Myers under contract!  We needed a large space for my eBay business.  This property has a huge garage that we can use for the eBay business, saving us about $2000/month vs. leasing a space. Karen and I will be moving there soon and start remodeling it.  BiggerPockets calls it house hacking.  We call it smart investing.  If you know anyone who is interested in our large estate home on 2.5 acres in Briarcliff, please let me know.

    Congrats on finding your new Spot! Mind me asking what you sell on Ebay. The wife and I did quite a bit with Golf equipment.
