Hop-portunity Investors, Real Estate Investing and Beer!
Hop-portunity Investing is a group that meets up once a month over craft beers in Hampton Roads to network, find deals, and get educated in Real Estate Investing. Our group includes both new members and experienced members who have been working in Hampton Roads Real Estate for years.
We are more than just a meet-up or mastermind, however. We also have a Facebook group where we can continually discuss new developments in Hampton Roads Real Estate and brainstorm with each other. Every quarter we have we have a guest speaker come to the group and discuss their sub-area of expertise within the Hampton Roads Real Estate market. Past and future topics include: wholesaling, rehabbing, airbnb, house hacking, and long-term rentals.
