Michael Schraepfer from Heirloom Property Management has been generous enough to offer his newly remodeled office space for us to meet this month. Not only that, but he is also going to be our featured presenter.
Michael is planning to speak about how to scale your real estate investments. Including information on finding, financing and managing your deals.
As always be ready to present your haves and wants to the group.
Note that the location this month has been changed to: 204 E 1st St, Duluth.
Parking after 5:30 is free on the street and the first hour is free in the Hart district ramp which has an entrance off of 1st Street just behind the memorial park.
We'll meet at 7 pm in Heirloom Property Management’s new office . We'll plan 30-45 minutes for the featured presentation, a quick round of have/want presentations, followed by open time for networking and general discussion.
