We will discuss topics associated with finding, analyzing, closing and managing 5 unit apartment complexes in the greater Indianapolis area. Our meetup has grown and is too big so a NEW venue will be announced shortly!

Tony Bewsey, with Forum Credit Union, will be joining us to discuss lending and provide some examples of recent deals in the Indianapolis area.
