If you are an investor in the NoCo area come on out to Mash Lab Brewing. We meet every second Monday of the month from 6 to 9 pm (sometimes later if people are up for it.) Our group is built around networking and helping each other so there will be no one getting up and pitching. Whether you are a brand new or seasoned investor I hope to see you there!

    Hey Joshua, 

    I am incredibly new to the real estate investing stuff, but am trying to dive in head first and learn as much as I can to be able to be able to actually start investing,

    I live right around the new Scheels building in the loveland/johnstown area, and only own 1 door, which happens to be my personal residence.

    I am a barber in Fort Collins, Co. With my own barber studio.

    Looking forward to connecting with some locals with similar interests.

    Welcome John, 

    Our group would be perfect for you as it pretty low key with investors of varying experience and knowledge. 
    We should grab a meal or drink sometime.  I would love to hear about where you would like to go with real estate investing. I might not have all the answers but I enjoy connect people to recourses.

    Our next meeting will be March 9th. I should have it up in the events in the next day or two.  All our meetings happen at the Mash Lab, which is technically Windsor but basically in Loveland.  Thanks for reaching out.  I look forward to meeting you.
