Hey BiggerPockets! This is a meet up targeting real estate investors in the Douglas, Carroll, Paulding, Haralson, Cobb and surround area. This meet up is not associated with any organization. There will be no sales pitch or speaker. This will be a time for investors in the area to come together, hang out, and network. This will be a relaxed environment full of people ready to learn from each other and grow together. If you have any questions about the event please feel free to ask!     I was wondering about a zoom meetup, too. I've just discovered Bigger Pockets and would love to connect with others in the Atlanta area. We currently have 2 rental properties as a side gig but I'm looking to grow our little family business.

The meeting is intended for real estate investors in the Douglas, Carroll, Paulding, Haralson, Cobb and surround area, however, others are welcome.     Thanks for the invite! I'm so bummed I can't make it tonight. I actually have a zoom call scheduled at the same with GARei and coincidentally it's a Cobb/West GA Investors group. Here's the link: https://gareia.com/events/cobb-west-georgia/
    Normally I could skip it to meet with you all instead, but at this meeting, they are specifically analyzing a property we bought last year...to tell me if they would have bought it, what they would have paid for it, what they would do with it now, etc. I'm sure I'll learn that it was "not a deal" but I'm excited to see what other more experienced investors have to say about it. 

    Their mtgs are the 2nd Thursday of every month but I think next month they'll be going back to in-person mtgs. We'll see how long that lasts as this virus plays out after summer. Personally, I prefer the zoom meetings and am way more likely to attend those.

    Anyways, hopefully I can join you all on your next call.

    Hey @Account Closed thanks for sharing that link. Our next meeting will be two weeks from now on June 25th. Maybe you can come then and share with us your experience from your meeting and update us on what you are doing. Thanks!
