This month we will have a guest speaker, Adam Schneider - a private hard money lender. Adam will walk through how hard money lending works and what to watch out for if you are a borrower. He'll answer any and all questions. Adam is a real estate broker, an investor (franchise operator with HomeVestors, the We Buy Ugly Houses people), an accredited private lender (American Association of Private Lenders), and has been providing loans in NC since 2015. Congratulations on what looks to be a great event and one that brings direct value from a great guest speaker. Interested to see if these move throughout the southeast but regardless would be interested in attending a future event. Thanks for coordinating.
