@Paul Sandhu should write a book on STRs called "The Short Term Rental Guide Not for the Easily Offended" 

I think it would sell and I'd buy a few copies

    Author Beth Carson has some ok books on the subject.

    Read through this forum, plenty of info here on the subject.

    I would recommend spending a few days going through all of the threads of this forum over buying a book. There are many STR owners on this forum from all over the country, with various perspectives and strategies. Good luck!
