Short term rental market & Rental Arbitrage
Hi all,
Has anyone had success owning a short term rental in Stamford, CT or the surround areas, and/or has anyone broke into the rental arbitrage market here? Trying to find policies for STR in Stamford and I see as of 2019 there were no rules set in place but its a topic of discussion.
