I would like to list on Airbnb and VRBO but I want to avoid having two calendar Is it possible to sync them all the time? How about if I use Beyondpricing to sync the prices on both sites at the same time: does it work?
I import my VRBO/homeaway calendar into my Airbnb calendar. It works just fine. TripAdvidor is a one way sync so I import my TripAdvisor calendar into HomeAway and keep all three calendars in sync. Not hard, just copy and paste links.
@Matt Smith If I receive a booking through vrbo then I manually go into Airbnb and update the calendar. I did look at BeyondPricing...they only mention "Airbnb, or multiple accounts" so one could interpret that as if you have multiple accounts on Airbnb only. The site also is more about dynamic pricing and they charge a 1% fee...Airbnb already offers a "recommended pricing", I'm not sure if it's dynamic or not. Personally, I'll save the 1% for the less than 2 minutes it takes me to update my calendar.
You can have VRBO synced automatically to the Airbnb Calendar, but not the other way around. So if you get a VRBO reservation it'll automatically block the dates on Airbnb but you'll have to manually block VRBO dates if you get a listing from Airbnb.
