Does anyone have an AIRBNB in Newport Beach, CA?

I am in the process of purchasing a place in Newport Beach as a second home and plan to Airbnb it when we are not occupying it. Just wanted to connect with other Newport Beach Airbnb people to see how it is working for them. Part of Newport prohibits Airbnb. I already checked our spot with the city and they said we just need to file a business license and a permit. They also helped checked our address to confirm it was ok for short term rental. Hope to connect with someone!
