@Einat Menashe C-C+ neighborhoods have been our specialty. Are you looking for SFR's in these areas?
What kind of numbers are you getting and how are you finding deals? My agent in huntsville says deals on SFR meeting 1% rule are difficult to find these days and hasn't sent any my way in a while. I am ready to buy some more soon.
@Cliff C. I use marketing to get the deals. RE agents rarely understand how to find real deals, but that’s why they’re good for the back end of deals when you’re selling. We are finding 1% deals consistently
