    Hey @Neely Coble, A lot of our investors use Michelle Cummings with Cummings Real Estate. She manages in C class areas like 35805 all the way up to the class A stuff like Madison

    @Caleb Bryant, we are looking for larger MF properties...70 units+.  I'm hearing now that those are hard to come by in the area.

    And sorry for the delay in answering I still have don't have a handle on the BP format and miss things.
