     HI... I haven't seen any.  Multi-family properties over 4 doors aren't easy to come by in LA or CA in general, and are generally pretty expensive.

    Thanks John, Im actually looking for 2-4 doors here in the los angeles area. I do agree they are quite expensive but I'm sure I can find a great deal out there somewhere

    LA South REIA is a good one. Some nights are focused on local multifamily.

    @Nathan G The multifamily subgroup of LA South REIA meets on the 4th Monday of each Month starting at 6:30pm at CoWork South Bay in Torrance.
