My name is Kyshawn King, (Age 26 at the time of the forum) . I started my Journey at the age of 18 in Rocky Mount, NC. Where I almost made $10K in a few weeks. ( almost blew my mind ) Fast worded I now own 1 property in Waldorf, MD. I bought that property for my mother in 2019 after serving my time in the Army. I look forward to learning a lot about the BRRRR method, as well as other powerful methods to increase the velocity of my money.

Welcome to the forums!  At your age, if you're comfortable with the idea of roommates or getting a 4-plex and living in one of the units, I'd do that.  Having other people pay your mortgage expense will accelerate your wealth creation.

Thank you for the reply! I have 1 single family that I'm renting right now with the va loan and in the process of buying a second. I didn't learn about the house hacking idea until it was too late and I don't really Wana refinance right now because of the interest rates. But I wish I wouldve thought of it before!
