Hey homies, finally starting to get into the Realestate life! Currently looking for my first primary residence either through a multi family to house hack or a slight fixer upper that my boyfriend and I could do ourselves. After that though I plan to get into investment properties. Might dabble with BRRRRs, flips, and rentals until I decide which approach is right for my life style.
