Hello everyone, my name is Daan (pronounced Don) I am a real estate agent here in Phoenix! I specialize in sourcing distressed real estate for investors, but I work with both buyers and sellers as they navigate their real estate investment journey. I love what I do and I joined this community to learn more about the industry and connect with other professionals.
Love this! I鈥檓 a real estate agent and investor based in Chicago and Northwest Indiana, and I always enjoy connecting with other investor-focused agents across different states. It's so valuable to share insights, strategies, and even potential referrals with others who truly understand the investor mindset. How long have you been in the business?
