Newest Wholesaler in Georgia

Member since 2025 · 2 posts · 1 vote

Hello everyone,

My name is Cortney Harris. I've been a licensed Realtor in Georgia for a little over 3 years. I am excited to transfer into the wholesaling side of the business. I am located in LaGrange, GA where I would like to start my journey. If anyone has any advice I am open to learning as much as I can to become successful in wholesaling.

Welcome to BiggerPockets! It’s such a great resource for learning and connecting with like-minded investors. I’ve been an investor-focused broker for over 30 years and coaching new investors so it is great to have another wholesale connection. I coached an amazing young lady who jumped into wholesaling about a year ago so would be happy to give you advice if you had questions about the process or how to get things rolling fast.
