Future Agent in California – Seeking Guidance on Getting Started in REI
Hi everyone! I'm excited to join the BiggerPockets community. I'm based in California and about to start my real estate salesperson course.
While I'm getting licensed, I'm also really interested in learning how to break into real estate investing. I'm here to connect, learn from experienced investors, and get advice on what areas I should focus on—whether that's wholesaling, buy and hold, house hacking, or something else.
I'd love to hear from anyone who started with their salesperson license and transitioned into investing. What would you recommend I study, learn, or do early on to build a strong foundation?
