Hello Bigger Pockets community, I am excited to be here. I am brand new to real estate investing and looking to start with wholesaling, or fix & flip. I am open to part with other new or experienced investors on the ground here in Georgia.
I hope you've had a good day so far. That is great to hear that you're interested and starting with wholesaling and fix & flips. I hope you're able to make many connections here.
If you haven't done so already, I would recommend learning more about LLCs and Corporations for more asset protection when partnering with other individuals as well as when making deals for wholesaling.
