My name is Steven Osborn, and I’m based in Central Ohio. I’m currently serving as Vice President at Parker Realty Associates, where I focus on commercial and investment properties. I WANT TO BE YOU CENTRAL OHIO GO TO COMMERCIAL AGENT.
I have listed over 1,000,000 sqft and have over 100 acres available in off market deals. I am here to make deals happen.
My background is pretty diverse. I’ve worked across sales, marketing, operations, and real estate — which gives me a broad perspective on how to structure deals and build strong client relationships. I’m especially interested in sale-leasebacks, development opportunities, and multifamily investments, but I also enjoy collaborating on creative strategies that bring long-term value to both investors and communities.
