That strategy really helped me learn the ropes and build equity while keeping my living expenses low. Keep soaking up as much as you can and connect with others doing the same since it’ll speed up your growth a ton. What kind of properties are you thinking for your first one?

  Hey Min, thanks for reaching out! I'm looking to get a duplex, ideally 3-4 bedrooms total so I can get an FHA loan for it. I'm looking to break into the industry by buying a duplex that's on the cheaper side but not bottom of the barrel. If you have any advice, I'd appreciate it!
