Hey everyone,

My name’s George, and I’m based in Chicagoland (Northern Illinois). I’ve been investing personally since 2005 and helping others navigate the process professionally since 2010. I’m always looking to connect with people who share the same passion for building wealth through real estate.

I joined BiggerPockets to learn from other investors, swap ideas, and maybe offer some value where I can. I run my own brokerage and work hands-on with buyers, sellers, and small investors, so I’m always up for a good conversation about deals, market trends, or creative ways to make a property work harder.

A couple of recommendations connecting with people and swapping ideas:

1. Set up keyword alerts. This way, BP can notify you anytime a strategy or topic of interest is mentioned in the forums.
2. Follow locations. Whenever someone in your local market or areas of interest posts, their forum post will be listed under your 'followed locations'. This makes it easy to stay on top of conversations happening near you.
