Hi Everyone,
I am starting my learning journey living in the triangle. Married to a high income professional and hoping to leverage real estate to reduce tax burden. Open to local markets or NC beach or mountains. Happy to connect to locals to learn about how you started.

  We already own our own primary, and will likely stay for another 3-5 years before moving.

Hi Coleman,
A great way to connect with local investors is through REIA groups and local meetups — you'll meet people at different stages who are usually open to sharing what's worked (and what hasn't). You can also try reaching out directly to investors on here or BP who are active in the Triangle and nearby markets.
