Hello my name is Tyler, after doing wholesaling for 5 years I had the chance to buy 3 rentals from the deals I was finding and did 10 Flips. I regret a lot of deals I assigned for thousands of dollars. here to learn more investing strategies and grow my rental portfolio, for any questions about wholesaling I can call myself and expert. looking forward to connect with you all!

Tyler, welcome to the BP community. Glad you are here and I am sure your wholesaling expertise will be valuable to others in the group.

Sounds like you’ve got solid hands-on experience from both wholesaling and flipping. If you’re looking to grow a rental portfolio without getting stuck in a hot, overpriced market, the Midwest has a ton of off-market and undervalued duplexes and small multis that cash flow from day one. Plenty of room to scale remotely, too, if you work with a boots-on-the-ground team for lenders, property management, and contractors. It’s a great way to turn your experience into long-term wealth.

Great to meet you, Tyler. Sounds like you’ve had quite a journey going from wholesaling into owning rentals and doing flips. A lot of people in the investing space can relate to looking back at deals they wish they had kept.

Always good connecting with others who’ve been in the business for a while. I’d definitely be open to connecting and talking more about investing strategies and growing a rental portfolio sometime soon.
