Hi, I spent the last 10 years working on tech startups in Europe, mostly on the data and software engineering side. Recently trying to get into real estate data professionally and figured it's time to actually understand the investing side instead of just the datasets. Also curious how people here actually use tech and AI day to day and what it's lik in the industry.
