I'm a retired Army guy that has spent the last 4 years in my new capacity as a financial advisor for an independent firm. I'm intrigued by the different strategies real estate offers to create passive income / cash flow. I'm hoping to learn a great deal here as I prepare to acquire my first property. Thank you in advance for all the "learnin'"!

@Chad Jones although we've already connected I wanted to welcome you to BP. I believe being in Plant City puts us in a great location to work the Lakeland market as well as East Hillsborough (Brandon and parts of Tampa).

I've been a professional real estate investor and wholesaler in Lakeland for 6 years, doing rentals, fix and flips and providing quality wholesale deals to cash flow investors. I do about 60 or so properties a year on average and would love to help you learn a good deal from a bad one and get you your first deal when you are ready!

Hi Chad, I found your post doing a search for "Plant City". I'm new to BP and have been investing in RE since 2013. I'm happy to share from my experience. Also, I'm interested to know more about Plant City, as I have been seeing some interesting properties there, but know little about it. I've bought in Orlando and Jacksonville. Out-of-state.
