Hello BP community, I am a home owner for about 3 years and now ready for rental investment. I am here in SF bay area but market here is super hot to jump into investing in RE. I am thinking about TX, AR, CO or OR or even anywhere. For a first timer like me, where would be the best location for now. ideas, leads/connections are appreciated.
