OLD properties and SPAM on your (Find Deal Listings)

i think the site looks great and being ale to connect with others is great

but when i want to use the site to look for properties im like hey look @ that house and the listing is over 2 years old this happens to me alot whn browsing through your tools search Can we fix this and work on the listings that have the NOTE on the cover page list of the ROI CASHFLOW CASH DOWN so many of this and there alot of the same listing GETS ANOYING seeing it over and over
